We are just getting baby's room finished. The quilt is expected back from the quilter at the end of the month, and then we should be all done... but my projects weren't as ambitious as your.
I painted our crib for Oakley, and my one suggestion (on painting cribs) would be to spray it. I brushed it and it took FOREVER (my crib has lots of detail).
